About Our Maplewood Pain Management Clinic
Twin Cities Pain Clinic opened the doors of our clinic in Maplewood, MN in July of 2023.
Located in between the Maplewood Mall and St. John’s Hospital, we are the premier pain management clinic in the Maplewood area.
We emphasize a patient-centered approach to care. Our chronic pain experts listen carefully and work closely with each patient to find the root cause of their pain, and then develop a plan of care that is custom built to meet their unique needs. We are among the area’s leading specialists in treating back pain, neck pain, joint pain, nerve pain, diabetic foot pain, post-surgery pain, and many other chronic pain conditions.
Our team has exceptional skill and experience in administering the most advanced and innovative interventional pain treatments, including a wide range of injections, radiofrequency ablation, structural repair procedures, and implantable pumps and spinal cord stimulator devices. All our procedures are minimally invasive and performed in our own state-of-the-art outpatient surgery centers.
We strive to remove barriers to care and ensure all those suffering chronic pain can get the treatment they need. We accept all major insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, offer telemedicine visits, and have next-day appointments available.

Our care team will contact your other medical providers to obtain any necessary medical records and will also send them clinical notes to keep them updated on your progress at Twin Cities Pain Clinic.
Many patients can schedule directly, though some insurance plans may require a referral. The clinic works with most major insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, to help simplify access to care.
We’re always happy to help guide you through the process and make scheduling as easy as possible.
In order to ensure that your visit goes as smooth as possible, please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- A valid driver’s license or other form of photo identification
- Your current insurance card(s)
- Your copay, if you have one – COPAYS ARE DUE DAY OF SERVICE
- A list of medications you are currently taking and the original bottles so we can see the dosage, prescriber, and pharmacy
- Any medical records and/or imaging reports related to your condition
Twin Cities Pain Clinic is in network with most insurance plans. However, if your plan is among the few that we do not accept, you may either be seen under your out-of-network benefits or self-pay out of pocket.
We offer a discounted rate for self-payments, which are due on the date of service.
Cost estimates for procedures are available upon request after the procedure is ordered.

Out of respect for our staff and other patients, Twin Cities Pain Clinic requires at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Violations of this policy may result in fees, while repeat violations may result in discontinuation of care at our clinic.
