History

The History of Twin Cities Pain Clinic

It all started with Dr. Andrew Will, a third generation physician from Bemidji, MN. Early in his medical career, Dr. Will recognized a high demand for chronic pain care in the Twin Cities. Determined to provide much needed pain relief to the citizens of this great metropolis, he opened a small pain management clinic in Eden Prairie, MN in 2003.

It turns out Dr. Will was spot on about the need for chronic pain care, and the practice thrived under his leadership. It wasn't long before they ran out of room at the Eden Prairie office and had to move out. In 2005, Dr. Will moved his operation to a larger space in Edina, MN. Business continued to boom, and after five more years of growth, the practice was moved once more to its current Edina location in 2010.

Since then, Twin Cities Pain Clinic has grown into an expansive pain management organization. Not long after our Edina clinic settled into its new home, we opened our Maple Grove and Woodbury clinics in 2014.

Then in 2016, we threw open the doors of our state-of-the-art, AAAHC accredited ambulatory surgery center, Twin Cities Surgery Center (TCSC). Located next to our Edina clinic, TCSC allows us to provide our patients with the most revolutionary and innovative pain treatments, including spinal cord stimulation, intrathecal pain pumps, radiofrequency ablation, and much more.

In 2018, we brought our expert brand of pain care to the south metro when we opened our fourth pain management clinic, located in the heart of Burnsville, MN.

Each new chapter in our story comes from our compassion, innovation and a drive to improve the lives of our patients.

This dedication to excellence guides our efforts every day as we continue to grow and provide care for those suffering pain throughout the Twin Cities and beyond.
