About Us

Over a decade ago Dr. Andrew Will started his Minneapolis pain treatment center in a small office in Eden Prairie. The practice has since grown into an expansive, fully comprehensive pain treatment center. Twin Cities Pain Clinic offers patients a wide range of traditional pain treatment options including physical therapy, medication management, injections, radiofrequency, spinal cord stimulators, intrathecal pain pumps, psychology and more.

Conditions We Commonly Treat

Our pain treatment team consists of Dr. Will, Dr. Haas, nurse practitioners, physical therapists specifically trained in pain treatment and rehabilitation and our office staff. Each clinic consultation at our Minneapolis pain treatment center consists of a thorough history, detailed physical exam, comprehensive review of the past medical records, and personal study of the films with the patient, including MRI, CT myelogram, and/or X-rays.

Office Hours

Our Minneapolis pain treatment center is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Receptionists answer calls during this time. Our nurse triage line is open 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. After office hours, you may leave a voice message.

In emergencies, patients should always call 911. However, if you are already a patient at our clinic and have an important question that is not an emergency, but is so urgent that it cannot wait for normal business hours, Dr. Will can be reached through our answering service at 612-991-9433. This number is also on our after-hours voicemail recording.

Please note that although our pain treatment center is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, each provider has a different clinic schedule and may not be available for appointments during these hours. Most clinic provider appointments are between 8:00 am and 4:45 pm.

Canceling an Appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to our other patients. After one missed appointment or one cancellation of less than 24 hours, we will assess fee for missed or cancelled appointments. Patients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their appointments to allow for the check-in process. If you arrive ten minutes late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. This type of missed appointment may also acquire a charge.

TCPC accepts most major medical insurances. If you have questions, please call our office at 952-841-2345.

For your convenience, we have started a new estimated billing service.

Twin Cities Pain Clinic is now participating in a new program to help our patients avoid being ‘surprised’ by what they owe after insurance has paid. We are now able to give you a pre-estimate for your charges today, right now... before your visit even begins. With this pre-estimate, you will get an approximate total of your current bill.
