The Twin Cities Pain Clinic team consists of Dr. Will, nurse practitioners, and physical therapists specifically trained in pain management and rehabilitation. Each clinic consultation consists of a thorough history, detailed physical exam, comprehensive review of the past medical records, and personal study of the films with the patient, including MRI, CT myelogram, and/or X-rays.

Office Hours |
The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our receptionists answer all phone calls during this time. During all other hours, messages may be left on our voice mail. You may also email us by filling out the short form under CONTACT US.
In emergencies, patients should always call 911. However, if you are already a patient from our clinic and have an important question for our physician that is not an emergency, but is so urgent that it cannot wait for normal business hours, our physician, Dr. Will, can be reached through our answering service at (612) 991-9433. This number is also on our after-hours voicemail recording. |

Scheduling |
Please note that although our clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Monday through Friday, each provider has a different clinic schedule and may not be available for appointments during all of these hours. Most clinic provider appointments are between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Most physical therapy appointments are also done during these same hours, but on some days, physical therapy appointments can start as late as 5:15 p.m. |

Cancelling an Appointment |
| If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to our other patients. A charge may be assessed for missed appointments which were not cancelled. |

TCPC accepts most major medical insurances. If you have questions, please call our office at (952) 841-2345.
